About AnimeIndex
AnimeIndex is a free, personal project to track anime, rate and review it, and share it with friends. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Give a valid email and keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person, one account. Do not create accounts in bulk or through automated means.
Your content
You keep ownership of the reviews, bio and other content you post. By posting it you give AnimeIndex a limited licence to store and display it on the site so the service works. Public content (your public profile and reviews) can be seen by other people. You can delete your content or your whole account at any time.
Feedback
The feedback form is anonymous and entirely optional. By sending a message you allow us to read it, store it and use it to improve the service, with no obligation to reply or to act on it. Do not send unlawful or abusive content or other people's personal data. Because messages are anonymous, we cannot edit or delete a specific one afterwards. See the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not post unlawful, hateful, harassing or spam content, impersonate others, try to break or overload the service, or access other people's accounts or data. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
A suspension can be temporary or permanent. We let you know by email how long it lasts and, when we can, why. While it lasts you can't log in or create another account with the same email.
Anime data
Anime information and images come from AniList and belong to their respective owners. AnimeIndex is not affiliated with AniList or any studio or streaming platform.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of availability or accuracy. It may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for losses arising from its use.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, and disputes fall under the courts of Mendoza.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
